There is a 48-hour cancellation window for every order placed. Orders cancelled 48 hours prior to their delivery date and time, reflective of the confirmation email associated with their order number, will receive a full refund of their original purchase.

Orders that are requested to be cancelled within 48 hours of their delivery date and time are subject to a conditional grace period. The customer retains the right the reschedule the service to a date and time that is 24 hours after the original delivery date at no extra cost. Failure to reschedule a service within this window will result in a partial refund to the original form of payment equivalent to 80% of the price paid for that service.
